Shipping & returns
- All returns must be in the mail or returned to our store within 7 days of delivery.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise. Late deliveries are not accepted as a reason for returns as we do not control what happens to packages once they are shipped.
- Please contact us by e-mail to explain the reason for your return and to receive a return authorization code. No return will be accepted without a code.
- Shipping costs are not refunded either to or from.
How do I ship my return?
Feel free use to the method of your choice to expedite your return. We are not responsible for any returns or any costs associated with your return. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of returned merchandise.
Underwear, socks, shoe care, apothecary items and clearance items are all considered final sales and can not be returned.
